As all of my products are designed and made by hand they are offered for sale subject to availability. Please note that details such as lace, buttons and ribbon may vary from those shown and are subject to availability. I will let you know if there are any variations to the product and will do my best to fulfil your requirements!
Returns
I hope you will be delighted with your product(s) but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please phone or e-mail me within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it within 14 days in it's original condition, and I will gladly exchange it or send you a refund.
Please return items via recorded mail so that you have proof of posting and allow sufficient insurance cover as I cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during their return to me. Return postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
Colour Representation
Colours are as accurate as possible but please allow for some minor variations. If you require any further information regarding my products or your order please do not hesitate to contact me on the number/email above.
